This site was discovered in our first green field just days after the season ended.  Apparently the coyotes ambushed this buck and cornered it in a fence row - that's where I found half the deer's tail.  Then they drug it out to the middle of the field for a final fight - this was a gruesome scene, which the pictures do not do justice - raw nature....
